I feel that these problems emerge because people can have many fictitious names and play ninja assassin like games without fear of getting caught. Modern internet laws also make it hard for users as it places the user as being guilty first of internet crime, such as copyright infringement, leaving the user to prove their innocents.

The biggest problem that comes from your problem John is that it places into question the permanence of information on the internet. If a hacker can very easily bring down your sight by uploading copyright infringing movies your screwed and you lose your data. This could happen effectively at any time.

Perhaps there may be a case against YouTube if they fuck you up unnecessarily by deleting your sight due to their own security negligence, you could be financially compromised by YouTube as the movie data has a certain financial cost associated with it as you pay for the costs of uploading it to YouTube. You could Sue them for the total costs involved.

Difficult situation, I feel that these problems are only solved if the anonymity of the user base is done away with and YouTube get a better security system.

Aerielle Louise WAS a past producer of The Lou Gentile Show and she was a very sneaky dishonest woman. I did not know about anything she was up to until the very end. Aerielle pushed her personal agenda on my show, listeners and guests. Aerielle Louise had even asked many of my listeners and guests for money or the paying of bills such as Gas, Electric and Internet Access. These acts were unknown to me at the time maybe because she was to embarrassed or she just wanted to take as much as she could without letting anyone know. Usually a thief will take as much as they can, then claim the victim was never gracious enough with them and that's why they did it. I did not find out about anything Aerielle Louise was doing behind the scenes until the incident with Roy Timm. Roy Timm gave me a clue that Aerielle Louise was trying to pray on my Guests and there finances. Roy sent me an audio cassette that said Aerielle Louise was trying to suck him dry and he was doing as much as possible for her but he was getting low on money because of it. When Aerielle Louise found out that she could get no more out of Roy Timm she decided to sever the ties with him and black-ball him on the show because of it. When Aerielle (Aeriella) explained the situation to me she left out anything to do with money. I knew at that point she was trying to use the show, listeners and guests for her financial gain.
AT this point I was like the FEDS and was building evidence against her so that when I fired her, she could not weasel out of it like she does so well with MANY situations. However, I let her negative campaign shoot it's load and waited till now...
Aerielle Louise literally stole all of my guest contacts and went on her merry way to try and start her own PR quest for other radio shows. I warned these other radio shows that Aerielle Louise is DISHONEST. They chose to believe her and use her for advertising their shows. Aerielle Louise also contacted many of my guests and told them total lies about my show. Some guests chose to believe Aerielle and others knew what I was dealing with and ignored her.
I make this statement. If you are using Aerielle Louise for booking guests for your show, you are a fool. When you finally get sick of her DEMANDING and Psychotic attitude/agenda and fire her, Aerielle Louise WILL turn on you and go on a negative campaign against you. If you do not believe me, ask Jim McCanney or John Kenneth Hutchison. She tried to defame, slander and destroy both of them because they would not bow down to her wishes.

John Hutchison a well known self proclaimed scientist from Canada,
claims to have discovered the secret to antigravity. In one of his
latest clips he uploaded, I discovered his thumb manipulating the metal
strip. I cover that little detail, some stuff about the Ark of the
Holies and new and recent babble from John. Who recently blocked me
from leaving comments on his channel. He posted a video discussing me
and quickly took it down. But not before I had downloaded a copy.

Other than the obvious lack of understanding when it comes to science, like repeatability and verifiable experiments, he reminds me of Giuliani. Instead of spouting 911 every sentence he says STALKER. If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny. If there weren't so many people already snookered by this con then we could let it go. His exhibited behavior is so reminiscent of the occupants of the average hospital mental ward.

Your channel states you are 44.. are we really to believe that or did some stalker hack your account and make you 20 years younger? DOB: October 19, 1945 (Wikipedia).

the goop dripping "upwards" and out of camera view is easy faked-i think its comical that the things that go up -never come back down -as they should once they have left the electric field-the lifting iron ball looks suspiciously like a ball on a stick with said stick poking thru a facade-also its never shown what equipment is being used,except for the one with stuff moving around the surface of a plate-which is easily done with sound waves...see accoustic levitation for how its really done

I completely agree with you I watch that cup of ice cream, slowing dripping downward, (I mean upward of course). The movements can all be faked with magnets, string, and as you said sticks. The key to catching this fake, is to simply watch the video upside down. The back ground is constructed to appear as if gravity is down, when the real bottom is actually the top; and so stuff appears to go up. His plate video, reminds me of those vibrating football games with the men shaking around aimlessly.
