The Premise of Self Government

            If we are to “work together” then we must have a premise upon which we all agree.

            This premise is the definition of Self Government.

            We have all heard the phrase,  “A government by the People, for the People.”  Today, we are facing the reality that our country is no longer this ideal.

            In the history of this world, mankind has established a multitude of governments that pitted one group against another. Weary of the abuse of  “man’s” government, a group of people united in this land over 200 years ago and declared a Law that was above man’s law; that the Creator has endowed EACH person with unalienable rights.

Self Government is founded upon the concept that the individual has “certain unalienable rights.”  To embrace this concept of unalienable rights, we must first acknowledge a Law that is higher than “man’s law”.

This has nothing to do with religion.  I care not if you profess a Christian, Muslim, Hindu or any other faith.  I do care if you are an atheist and thereby refuse to acknowledge that a Creator set forth the Natural Law that we are all subject to.

For Christians, the foundation of Natural Law is explained in a simple phrase,
“Love the Lord your God with all your might, and love your neighbor as yourself; upon
this rests the entire Law.”

To “love the Lord your God” is to be humble and to accept that this world has been created with certain requirements that you must abide by.  For instance, you accept the Law of the Creator by not jumping into a lake and trying to breath water.  You accept the law of the Creator by breathing air.

By the very fact that we are alive, we have consciously accepted that there are certain laws of the Creator that we must abide by.

Now, whether we can be a self governed people hinges upon understanding our “unalienable rights” and our responsibilities.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Each person has freedom of choice.  How we exercise this freedom of choice determines whether we can be a self governed people.

“Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Assertion of my rights can never be used to take the rights from another.

I cannot steal from another person because it makes me happy.  I cannot force another from their home because I do not like their race or religion.  Self government depends upon all of us respecting each other’s rights.

Self government requires that when one person’s rights have been violated, there must be redress for that right being violated, and that, as a group, we demand justice.  This is really easy to comprehend when you look at the Law concerning murder.  One of our neighbors was killed; we, as a group, demand redress (justice) because our neighbor’s unalienable right to life was violated.

Our entire proclamation of  “self government” depends upon each and every Citizen defending the rights of our individual Citizens.  But, instead of working towards solutions, we divide into private groups and blame others for the woes we have brought upon ourselves.....

“The Capitalist White controlled Corporations are destroying us.” “The Blacks are a bunch of low-life’s that live on welfare.” “Asian gangs are taking over the streets.”  “The Jews are in control of our money”.

People grow up. We are destroying our own country. We can no longer divide ourselves into “special interest groups”, economic classes, races and religions.

Either we come together in defense of each other, or we submit to the rhetoric of the elitists that we are incapable to govern ourselves. Understand this one truth: You have no rights if your neighbor has been denied his/her rights.

The machine to reduce us to mere animals void of unalienable rights is already in place and gaining strength.  The machine is our own government, which we have allowed, because we have been so busy fighting each other.
Our currency is controlled by a private bank, and not by the People.  We as a country owe more than we have assets to pay. With the baby boomers retiring, we do not have enough money to pay their social security benefits. We no longer have a manufacturing base. Foreclosures are at record highs, and more are coming. Our constitutions have been “suspended” because of the War on Drugs and the War on Terrorism.

Do YOU believe that YOU have unalienable rights?  The only way that you can keep these rights is if we, as a People are self governed.

The only way we can be self governed is if we defend each other’s rights.  Today, we are NOT self governed.

This is the premise that must be agreed upon:

“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life,Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
…and that anyone that comes against the unalienable Rights of any person will feel the force of the People.”

Decide. Now. You have the freedom to choose.
Fight for my rights as I fight for yours.

Or, maybe the elitists are correct,
and we are simply too stupid and too lazy to be self governed.

This week the Minnesota Supreme Court denied review of a case that involved Judge Joanne Smith, who had violated her oath of office.
Judge Smith had ordered that Tim Kinley  not teach his children inappropriate religion, including the teaching of Bible lessons.  After years, Kinley finally had the order of Judge Smith overturned by the Minnesota Court of Appeals, because Smith had violated his constitutionally secured rights.
EVERY public official is required to swear (and file) an oath of office that they will defend and uphold our constitutions.
Our LEGISLATED law, M.S. 351.02 states that if a person is found to have violated their oath of office, the seat becomes vacant.  Which means, the person is NO LONGER in office.
After it was found by the Court of Appeals that Judge Smith violated Kinleys constitutionally secured rights, Nancy Lazaryan appeared before Judge Smith in an unrelated case.  Lazaryan, on the record, told Judge Smith she was no longer in office because she was found to have violated the rights of Kinley, and according to M.S. 351.02, she was no longer a judge.
Judge Smith responded, The Governor has not contacted me, and proceeded to rule against Lazaryan.  Lazaryan appealed, and her argument was that Judge Smith was no longer a judge when she issued the ruling against Lazaryan.
The Court of Appeals in the Lazaryan case decided M.S. 351.02 does not apply to judges.  Lazaryan then filed a Petition for Review with the MN Supreme Court.  With a Petition for Review, the MN Supreme Court decides if the case is worthy of them looking at it.
This week the Minnesota Supreme Court denied Lazaryans Petition for Review.
By denying the review, the Supreme Court is upholding the decision of the Court of Appeals.
The Minnesota Supreme Court has thereby declared that if judge is found to have violated a Citizens constitutionally secured rights, the People cannot remove that judge with M.S. 351.02.
Remember, our LEGISLATED law (351.02) says that if a person violates their oath of office (to uphold the constitution), that person is OUT of office.
The Minnesota Supreme Court is in fact saying, We can apply the law to you, but we are above the law. They are saying, You can legislate any law you want, but you cannot apply that law to us.
By the MN Supreme Court saying we are above your legislated law, they have declared WAR against the Citizens.
What most people do not understand is that the Minnesota Legislature and Governor are in collusion with the MN Supreme Court.
We have current statutes on the books that say, Court Rules eliminate statutes. And Court Opinions eliminate statutes.  Because of these statutes, the Minnesota Supreme Court can declare the law does not apply to judges.
We have been reduced to slaves. We have NO legislated law.
And no one stops them.
People, WAKE UP.   As the government makes us chase for dollars so that we can provide food and shelter for ourselves, they have filled us with fear.
Unless we act, NOW and sacrifice our time and energies to take BACK our Republic, there will be nothing but stories of  once free Citizens.

It is well known that constant practice in sports, "situational awareness" and natural athletic gifts can all combine to allow an athlete to perform "on instinct." Intense focus in the here and now in the middle of multiple rapidly-occurring events in a sport contest can combine to create an environment where athletes can experience "anomalous cognition," meaning unusual or unconventional perception and awareness. Many people have read about ESP in fields like intelligence (U.S. Project STAR GATE) police work and martial arts, but the frequency of anomalous cognition in sports may not be as widely recognized. What do we mean by the word instinct? Some researchers believe that instincts are also related to a "sixth sense" that can transcend our normal view of perception. That is, we can perceive in ways in addition to, complementary to, though slightly different than, our five senses of sight, touch, hearing taste and smell. Some researchers suspect that ESP and anomalous cognition are not unusual at all. Rather, this is a natural part of human consciousness. It is not paranormal – it is normal. We might even call it "complementary cognition" or "integrative cognition." TWO RECON PIONEERS When the book "Golf in the Kingdom" by Michael Murphy was published in 1972, many people interested in sports had not fully considered the impact of unconventional consciousness in athletics. His 1992 book "The Future of the Body" also addresses related subjects. Murphy was co-founder of the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, where many elements of the human potential movement and expanded human consciousness were explored. In his younger days, Murphy had served in the U.S. Army as a psychology specialist. The interests and perspectives of Murphy and many of his colleagues involved in the human potential movement were recently explored in the movie "The Men Who Stare at Goats." A close associate of Murphy, President Emeritus of the Esalen Institute George Leonard, also wrote the 1975 best-selling book related to ESP or expanded consciousness "The Ultimate Athlete." A fifth-degree black belt in Akido himself, Leonard also explored these topics in the book "The Way of Aikido: Life Lessons from an American Sensei" (1999). Leonard was a former Army Air Corps attack pilot during WWII, serving in the southwest Pacific theater. He served as an analytical intelligence officer during the Korean War. Leonard passed on recently, on January 6, 2010. STAR GATE AND SPORTS Perhaps some of the most useful research on the topic of unconventional awareness and perception comes from the U.S. joint-intelligence effort known as Project STAR GATE, conducted during the 1970s, '80s and '90s. This activity explored the ability of individuals to perceive things, places, information and situations they know nothing about from a remote location. They were able to gather important intelligence using only their consciousness. In fact, a Navy SEAL officer wrote in a researcher paper for the Marine Corps War College that Project STAR GATE reflected a concept he called "transcendent warfare" – using advanced and emerging understanding in new ways regarding defense and intelligence. Project STAR GATE activities also noted a key element that dovetails with sports and athletics: It seemed that the ESP impressions came to "remote viewers" through their bodies in a somewhat unconscious or subconscious way. The people involved in the specific technique and protocol named "remote viewing" in Project STAR GATE found that letting impressions bubble up from their subconscious, and not using the conscious mind to try to interpret the information, led to more successful results. They typically relaxed their minds and used various techniques to attempt to acquire information, then let their body express these perceptions by making sketches and notes in a spontaneous way. Here we see the connection with sports and other activities. When the task at hand is partially a physical one, and we are using our body as much as, or more so than our conscious thinking mind, we may be more prone to accessing our sixth sense. In this year's Super Bowl, we might see examples of this if we look closely. And, if we open our minds to these possibilities, we might see expanded perception in our own lives. These aspects of human development and education are relevant to not only sports and athletics, but a broad range of human activities in many fields. And what is fun and interesting about the situation is the fact that we can look inside ourselves and explore these fascinating and transcendent elements of human consciousness, tapping into our own sixth sense.
