I write to invite you to deliver the 9th Convocation address of Mahendra Engineering College, Namakkal Dt (Tamil Nadu) India.
Mahendra Engineering College is run by Mahendra Educational Trust established in 1978.
It is requested, If we you can spare some times from your busy schedule so that we can appraise you of schools/ colleges run by our trust. I am in Vancouver from 11 dec to 18 dec 08 after that I will go back to India.

The trust was established to cater to the educational needs of the rural folks of Salem and Namakkal districts. The members of Trust have been serving the cause of education with a sense of dedication commitment and fidelity to the society.
Mahendra Engineering College was started in 1995 in a sprawling campus of 130 acres. The college offers seven UG and six PG courses. The student strength of the college now exceeds 2500. The college is on the Salem – Tiruchengode highway 25kms from Salem.
New Mahendra Engineering College for women at Thiruchengodu will provide an overall intellectual atmosphere to train and empower female professionals with global skills and legitimate place of honor in the society. It will try to reduce rural and urban divide to a thin line.
You are requested to deliver the convocation address and bless our 530 engineering students on any day convenient to you in the month of March 2009. Your visit and address will enthuse our students hailing from several villages and districts. Hoping that you would accept our invitation and inform us of the date convenient to you.
